Every organisation will find itself from time to time in a situation where it has to implement change. This might be due to factors such as competition changing the rules of the game. Or new generations of employees requiring a different leadership style. Or technological developments making the world flatter, with stakeholders – often external players - forcing the organisation to review its corporate social responsibility policies.
Our engagement with you starts with an intake phase. We work with your team to identify areas where your organisation is currently in pain. Together we determine your ambition level and the priorities for your change agenda. This is a crucial first step in the engagement of your senior team establishing them as the owners of the change people will start driving the change programme by setting direction.
Based on the intake we execute a detailed analysis of your current situation. Working together with people at all levels from your organisation we identify the root causes of current performance issues and determine improvement areas. In this phase more and more of your employees are getting involved and engaged in and around the case for change. An essential part of this phase is to quantify the potential outcome of the engagement. This is the starting point for measuring and tracking results. Crucially, we not only address the “what” of the change but also the “how”. Stakeholder identification and assessment of the change readiness of your organisation are used to draw the roadmap for change.
The next phase is the implementation of the desired changes. We blend our core crafts of training, coaching and consulting to work on the skill set, toolset and mindset of your employees. We make sure that the desired outcome is realised both in quantitative results and observable changes in behaviour. And we prove it! By working closely together with your people we also make sure we transfer the skills required to roll out future change programmes with less intensive consultancy support.
