Our client is a successful company that produces chemicals for industrial applications. In one of the divisions the leadership team had the need to be able to control project-based activities within the organisation.
Because there was no decision making process for projects in place, there was no priority setting for the execution of projects, nobody had a divisional overview of all pending projects, and there was no project sponsor “mechanism” (ownership). The desired solution was a work management system to control decisions on projects and to set priorities.
