Fulfilling the company's promises to the client

A highly competitive market, less satisfied customers and declining sales, forced management to review their internal business processes and the company’s Service strategy. Our client designed a change programme, which they started to implement with their own team of change agents. After the implementation in two of their nine districts our client experienced that implementing change is more difficult than expected. The organisation hired Krauthammer to help implement the change programme.
