Day 1: Knowing myself
- The 6 personality types – the point and limits of a typology, qualities, traps, compensations, rejections.
- My unique personality – what I have experienced, am experiencing, could experience – where can I find my energy, how can I use it, how can I resource myself?
- My relationship with another – understanding his or her differences, psychological needs. Why do we have good relationships with some people and difficulties with others?
Day 2: Connecting with others
Feeling comfortable, irrespective of whom we are dealing with, critical situations and blockages.
- Mastering reactions to change and under stress.
- Identifying defence mechanisms, avoiding ‘set up to fail’ behaviour.
- Intervention strategies – putting a stop to conflict, restoring a healthy relationship, navigating with ease.
Day 3: Interacting with my working environments
Concrete applications in:
- Management: formulating objectives that fit each employee, following our own evolutionary path in our preferred management style.
- Negotiation: assessing personal strengths and weaknesses during a negotiation process, optimising levels of energy and capacity to adapt to the other
- Team building: identifying and putting together complementarities, understanding conflicts, mastering tools of interdependence.

> Small groups: each group is comprised of between ten to twelve participants, depending on the host country, in order to ensure proper conditions for genuine individual development.
> Role plays and practical exercises: our teaching method stimulates self-knowledge, promotes awareness and leads to long-term behavioural change.
> Sequential: the training process involves 3-5 weeks’ application on the job between training days, allowing each participant to integrate the content long-term, and to take ownership of it in the form of new attitudes.
> Feedback: at the beginning of the day, each participant presents his or her feedback based on the concrete results achieved. The successes and/or difficulties are then analysed and commented upon, and the learning points transformed into a new action plan. The training day continues with new modules, according to the same process.
> The "blended" approach: before, during and after the training programme, the participant is asked to continue his or her learning process online to gather feedback from his or her colleagues with the 361°.
