Krauthammer has a philosophy of life-long learning at the very core of its culture. Krauthammer University (KU) is both the fountainhead and heart of our organisation. Here we create new knowledge, develop and implement new strategic directions, exchange best practices and provide our consultants and supporting staff with behavioural training and cognitive learning through exposure to external thought leaders.
Within Krauthammer the training and education of our consultants to deliver our services is called “formation” (a heritage of our founder) and the people who deliver the formation “formateurs”. The core of the formation? Pedagogical and didactical principles, acquisition of Krauthammer’s modular content, training, coaching and consulting practice and tools. Finally, underpinning all, an attitude that promotes Krauthammer’s vision of ‘bringing out the best in people’.

Each consultant receives from two to four weeks of intense training per year at Krauthammer University. Designed to bring out the best in our consultants, this further enhances their core skill set. From consulting, training and coaching skills, to leadership, sales, and negotiation.

During KU, external experts are invited to share and teach us the additional knowledge we need to perform in our profession. For example the Center for Strategy and Leadership runs courses in strategic and leadership thinking, the Pim Mulier Organisation supports Krauthammer’s Health faculty and professionals are invited to lecture on specific trends and developments linked to our core business of behaviour change.
Krauthammer University welcomes clients from all over the world. It is their platform to prepare upcoming programmes with us and to train their own trainers in a consistent, proven methodology. With clear and impactful didactics. In a spirit of open collaboration and positive confrontation.
