Founded in 2000, Crossknowledge is the European leader in remote development of managerial skills using new technologies. An international company founded in France by four directors with backgrounds in strategy consultancy, distribution and human resources, Crossknowledge designs, develops and markets the fullest catalogue on the market, with almost 300 multilingual training schemes, tackling all management themes.
Krauthammer and CrossKnowledge have signed a global strategic agreement:

  • to integrate Crossknowledge e-learning modules in client projects
  • development of in company customised solutions to create, manage and deploy “blended learning” programmes, mixing classroom trainings and e-learning modules,
  • co-creation of management modules specific to Krauthammer.

The Creating Excellence Group BV develops strategic measurement and monitor applications. This web based benchmarksoftware realises measurement of sales capabilities and competences (employees, management, systems and processes). The sales audit and sales benchmark offer insight in sales performance o your organisation and show clearly the improvement potential.
Established in the Netherlands the tools are available in Dutch, French and English and the benchmark database contains information of organisations all over Europe.
Krauthammer can offer within our sales excellence programmes these benchmarks.

OC&C Strategy help the board and senior management address complex issues in areas such as:

  • Corporate strategy - what investment and deployment of (usually scarce) resource will produce the greatest shareholder value?
  • Business strattegy – what’s our best route to rapid and profitable growth? A new proposition or being more effective with what we have? Brand extension or change of direction? National or overseas? Organic investment or acquisition?

Krauthammer and OC&C are complementaity in their offerings. OC&C focus on defining strategies and Krauthammer focus on implementation of strategies.

Consulting and training firm Axciome C (France) has its expertise in competence engineering, the evaluation of pedagogical practice and management. Daniel Feisthammel and Pierre Massot, co-managers of Axciome C, co-creators of the concept of the Scale of Practice Levels, helped us to create one of our evaluation tools, the 4LS evaluation, which is currently used to appraise the behavioural practices covered by our training modules.


Research

Supporting the company’s thought leadership in the field of observable behaviour change, ensuring that its culture and services are fit for this purpose, Krauthammer conducts regular research initiatives to explore trends in organisational, management and sales behaviour.

These have in the past 3 years involved collaboration with, and/or supported the research activities of: the Free University of Amsterdam, the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam, the University of Amsterdam, and the Groupe ESC Clermont Graduate School of Management. A current project, examining the data yielded by a Krauthammer assessment tool, (the 4LS Evaluation) involves a team of senior researchers representing 7 business schools and universities in France: ESC Clermont-Ferrand, ESC Chambéry, Université Paris Descartes, LEST Aix-en-Provence, IUT St Denis Paris 2, IAE Aix-en-Provence, ICN Business School.
