Your mission

You ensure Krauthammer’s competitiveness and distinct positioning by creating and improving blended learning journeys to an excellent level.

About you

  • Master’s degree or proven academic working and thinking level.
  • Over 10+ years of experience in an international organization, preferably in the areas of HR or L&D.
  • With 7+ years of experience in digital/blended learning design.
  • Expert understanding of digital/blended learning and e-pedagogic, with ability to anticipate
  • Proven ability to capture and transform theoretical concepts into concrete best-practices.
  • (Advanced) Experience with programs such as H5P, Adobe Creative, Articulate 360.
  • Knowledge in systematic product-, innovation-, and project-management.
  • Ability to guide multiple product development projects in systematic and structured way, involving various stakeholders within and outside of the organization, e.g., with project management methodologies applied in Agile development (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall, PRINCE2, etc.).
  • Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Office, Teams), with expert skills in PowerPoint.
  • Ability to brief internal education resources (Krauthammer Academy) to enable them to train others.
  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English (C1+), and at least one other language (B2+), preferably Dutch, French, German.
