Chief Innovation Officer at Krauthammer, Daniel offers over 25 years of international leadership and training experience spanning many sectors and industries. His expertise lies in the synergy facilitation and coaching of executive teams, and in the development of new generation programmes with experiential learning and contextualized designs. ‘Connected inspiration, the leadership from within’ is one of the successful programmes Daniel has designed that expresses his brand of blending ‘know-how, show-how and be-how’. Shaping leadership in an engineering-driven world

SBM Offshore wanted to make its leadership culture stronger by enabling the transformation of the company from a very technology-driven perspective into a more robust leadership value-based culture. 160 senior leaders participated in the international cross-border leadership programme (LMD) and an additional 450 managers were enrolled in a similar training process.
