Before Krauthammer, Alexandra studied political science and went on to work for a leading global event provider for 15 years. As the head of sales, she was responsible for defining the commercial strategy and action plans, as well as recruiting and managing the sales team. Within this challenging business environment, Alexandra was able to achieve her targets through motivating and building strong relationships with her team. This corporate experience convinced her that relationship intelligence is key to success and self-accomplishment, and she now focuses on passing her experience onto others. Passionate about people, Alexandra knows how to stimulate their development. With her positive and warm personality, she has created and deployed various Krauthammer programmes for sectors such as the pharmaceutical industry, banking and retail. Alexandra has also built many successful management and commercial development modules, as well as expertly adapted training and coaching programmes for a wide range of clients.
