Using his expertise in behaviour change, strategy roll out, reorganisation, business development & portfolio management, he has set up and accompanied a broad range of transformation projects in industries ranging from telecommunications and engingeering to chemicals and gas. One of his most successful projects was implementing a PMI-programme after a 5-company merger for a major industrial client.
