Cédric is a highly qualified senior consultant and business leader with years of international top management expertise, and over 10 years of training experience at Krauthammer. With an inquiring mind and flexible approach, he is committed to helping clients at times where strategic changes or operational improvements have demanded behaviour change at an individual, team and/or corporate level. Whether training or coaching, Cédric understands how to create the optimal conditions that provoke essential behavioural changes in individuals, and knows exactly how to support organisations going through a cultural evolution. Cédric particularly enjoys intervening in difficult times and facilitating change. His main focus has been executive board coaching in the areas of team synergy, high performance, company ventures etc. Cédric has been involved in a many key Krauthammer projects, among them the successful creation and implementation of a new managerial culture for the 800 managers of a major French financial institution.
