Over the years, she’s acquired vast knowledge in many disciplines, from sales, training and project management to process development, finance and HR. With her acute, international mindset, she quickly identifies her client’s challenges and creates the best individual solutions for overcoming them. Based in Zurich, she is responsible for Krauthammer’s Swiss projects but often lends her expertise to international projects in sales & strategic sales and management development across Europe. Elisabeth mixes individual focus and a deep understanding of business needs with her positive, motivating attitude to get the best out of people and gain buy-in for change. She specialises in cold calling, strategic selling, management training, individual coaching, assessment, workshop facilitation, DISC, E-Learning and basic social media training. Her clients have included pharma global players, automotive suppliers and production/logistic companies.
