About Javier Fernández Montijano

Based in Barcelona, Javier is a Senior Consultant specialising in Leadership & Management, Strategic Sales and Sales & Negotiation. Prior to joining Krauthammer in 2004, he acquired solid business and management skills on two continents. Coming from a line of entrepreneurs, Javier managed the family business for several years and then sought his own entrepreneurial path in Peru in the vending sector. After a decade of learning from his own successes and failures, he returned to Spain where he managed various European projects. With his collaborative approach, keen insight and finely tuned interpersonal and cross-cultural skills, Javier facilitates team effectiveness, problem-solving, strategic planning, change management and leadership development. He has a passion for people and a persevering nature that enables him to approach issues strategically. Over the years, Javier has helped individuals in a variety of sectors turn challenges into opportunities, increase their performance and achieve long-lasting behaviour change.
