After his degree in economics and a successful career in business development and marketing, Joris has been delivering organizational, leadership and sales development programmes at Krauthammer for more than 10 years. A people-focused, ‘out of the box’ challenger who has worked with a diverse range of clients worldwide, Joris is experienced in mastering cultural challenges.
Using his dynamic facilitation skills, he’s helped clients successfully manage the continuous pace of change, increase the effectiveness of their teams and develop future leaders. Personal and team development, onboarding and organizational change development, global sales management and effectiveness programmes are his main areas of focus. Joris’ experience includes designing a programme in 10 languages for an industry giant and coordinating a programme dedicated to global account managers who were designing and manufacturing innovative product applications on different continents – a project that involved managing complex negotiations, dealing with uncertainties and handling multiple client interfaces.
