After 10 years of global management and sales experience in the automotive industry, Julien moved into people development. A determined, energetic individual, he brought his knowledge of working in fast-paced industries and his ability to manage complex situations with him to Krauthammer. From his vast experience leading crossfunctional project teams in a multicultural environment, he also gained an in-depth understanding of how to take advantage of the benefits and overcome the obstacles. Julien creates an atmosphere where people feel confident to share their views, fears and questions. He works with them building strategies for overcoming their limits and constraints, and to find suitable personal solutions. Julien recently played a central role in a candidate assessment project for a global software client. Initially designed for one person, the company requested it be expanded to a communications training for all their consultants which ended up creating a feedback culture throughout the organisation.
