Pascale brings a solid package of expertise to her role in Central Europe that includes many years of practical management and sales experience. Prior to joining Krauthammer, she worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager in the luxury industry and for an international language company. Her experience with people from different countries and industries, gave her valuable insight into human behaviour that broadened her perspective and enhanced her analytical ability. Combining her genuine compassion for people and empathetic approach to the challenges they face, Pascale uses her strength in connecting quickly with people to get results. She particularly enjoys working 1:1 with people where she can best see the individual’s strength and potential and drive their development forward. At Krauthammer, she has co-designed and implemented numerous international management & sales training's in sectors such as pharmaceutical, IT and banking and has experience working at all levels of an organisation.

AdNovum, a Swiss software engineering company continued to grow. In addition to the general challenges associated with growth advanced leadership skills for line and project managers were needed. A leadership training with special attention on multicultural communication also addressed topics such as “goal setting” and “employee motivation”.
