Stéphane brought many years of corporate experience in various business functions including managing and leading sales teams with him to Krauthammer in 1999. Since then, he has used his people oriented, and motivational skills to manage large strategic projects, facilitate and coach, as well as deliver numerous trainings relating to top management, project management and sales and negotiation and change management. A creative motivator, Stéphane constructively confronts and challenges clients’ views on complex issues and changes. He is a resourceful and highly adaptable Krauthammer Partner, with the ability to work with people at all levels and in different business environments. He also makes sure when designing programmes that clients receive high-value solutions that also work on an international level. Skilled in transferring knowledge, Stéphane also has an internal business leader role heading the team responsible for recruiting new consultants and finding coaches for the new recruits from within Krauthammer.
