About Thierry Stéphan

Thierry has been with Krauthammer for 29 years. In 2013, he was appointed CEO after serving on the Executive Board as COO for almost 15 years. A straightforward, resolute and engaging individual, Thierry’s an exceptional communicator with a genuine passion for developing people, and the ability to facilitate from the top to the bottom of an organisation. Nearly three decades working across the globe with business leaders and key managers has given him remarkable insights into what makes people and businesses work, as well as how to manage multicultural complexity. Thierry has specifically concentrated on coaching management committees collectively and senior executives individually on how to mobilise their human capital during cultural, strategical and structural changes. Over the years, he has successfully designed and implemented numerous, tailored programmes for multinational companies, defining and strengthening corporate values, increasing performance and managerial development.

Building a new management team to drive cultural and strategic change

VIVESCIA Agriculture needed the engagement of their managers for the implementation of a new strategic plan. At the same time, the Executive Commitee felt the need to assess their own team practices. The customised "High Performance Team" programme helped to build a mature management team that shared their commitments and monitoring indicators with all of their managers.
