Known for his enthusiasm, positive outlook and energetic, engaging style, Thomas has a solid background in business. Specialised in start-ups and social entrepreneurship, he has succeeded in catalysing new approaches. Thomas has great team spirit, a passion for working with people and a natural ability to mobilise key players around a project. With a love of learning and exploring new areas, he has focused his attention on alternative collaborative tools, micro-learning, collective intelligence and intergenerational management. Thomas has led various projects to success, such as partnerships between different entities and events organisation. At Krauthammer, he is most proud of being involved in creating a sales programme with online collaborative tools for a multinational telecommunications company. Thomas is also part of Makesense, an open-source community in the social entrepreneurship sector where he develops his framing, animating and creative skills through organising and facilitating design-thinking workshops.
