361° behavioural snapshot
Krauthammer’s 361° feedback provides a snapshot of behavioural strong points and the areas needing improvement. An online questionnaire is sent to 6 evaluators and results in a behavioural profile.
Huntsman had to unify management tools to close gaps between regions and divisions. The co-designed Advanced Management programme focussed on leadership styles and employee development.
