Evaluating observable behaviour on a 4 level scale

An evaluation method which objectively benchmarks observable management & leadership behaviours on 4 levels, based on a concept by Axiome C.

When to use

  • To objectively and comparably measure behavioural practices of a specific group in your organisation.
