An evaluation method which objectively benchmarks observable management & leadership behaviours on 4 levels, based on a concept by Axiome C.

When to use

  • To objectively and comparably measure behavioural practices of a specific group in your organisation.
  • As a starting point to evaluate which behaviours need attention during coaching or training.
  • To evaluate an individual's behavioural suitability for a certain position.
