We are looking for highly enterprising consultative sales people with a proven commercial track record of at least five years in the service sector. (Preferably experience in working at management level or in an international setting.) A relevant university degree (such as: Business Economics, Work and Occupational Psychology, Sociology, Communication and HR) is recommended and you are fluent, spoken and written, in both English and the native language of the country you are applying for.
During your first two weeks at Krauthammer University you and your peers fully focus on the didactical skills based on our philosophy and core solutions we offer to our clients, preparing you to start your first trainings in the upcoming weeks. In the educational weeks during the year you learn the core modules and your experience in sales will be aligned with our consultancy based selling processes. The first two years, 20% of the working time will be dedicated to your personal development and education. You will have a coach to support you to achieve your targets and guide you within the organization.
As a Next Generation Consultant you are responsible for the acquisition of new clients in different industry sectors by translating the specific missions of organisations into high level of consultancy, training and coaching solutions as well as for the entire sales process from the first contact to contract negotiation and closing. In addition you are expected to work on the development and expansion of long-term client relationships, carrying out training, coaching, leading workshops and project coordination for your international training/change assignments.
