You can choose one of these two workshops: 

1. Designing a compelling learning progamme
Based on a practical case you will create a development programme yourself. Afterwards we will have a closer look at different instructional design approaches. We will also share your findings and discuss questions.

2. Next generation corporate universities
We will exchange about the different stages of corporate universities and it’s evolvement in the digital era.

Work with your business case
You will present your business case in a small sub-group. The group members will challenge your case and help you to find new approaches. Next to the peer-to-peer-coaching a Krauthammer consultant will be participating in the group work.

1. How to create high performing teams? 
In this case driven session you will learn about the vital attributes, the key axis and the development stages of high performing teams in constantly changing organizational settings.

2. The challenge of sales management in a complex era 
We will start by exchanging about the meaning of sales excellence. What are your views, what changes do you witness and how to prepare for the near future? The second part is sales management in action. How can you make your sales reps and KA managers more successful? Experience how sales success can be owned and triggered by your sales management!
