Matrix Management

Leading without hierarchy

This programme is specifically aimed at so-called ‘functional’ managers (human resources, communication, marketing, finance, etc.), project managers and international co-ordinators. • Mobilise and unify members of a network
  • Set motivating goals and rally the support of everyone to achieve them
  • Communicate to groups effectively
  • Prepare and lead work sessions
  • Communicate decisions and manage resistance
  • Resolve difficult and conflictual situations
