Gábor is a highly committed consultant with a degree in psychology and a deep understanding of both human and organisational behaviour.
Focusing mainly on leadership and management development, he has designed and delivered numerous programmes across multiple sectors, such as the manufacturing, IT, chemical as well as the telecommunications industries. With Krauthammer for over 10 years, Gábor is also skilled in creating and experimenting with new training content and successfully mentoring junior consultants. Recently he has been moving into the field of organisational development, conducting engagement surveys and creating corporate values for companies.
He is particularly proud of an ongoing project which focuses on improving the communication culture of a multinational chemical company across 8 countries. Combining different perspectives and new approaches with an engaging and dynamic style that generates immediate trust, Gábor encourages and challenges clients to create the desired personal and organisational changes which will lead them to success.
