About

Alejandro is a dynamic and authentic individual who is passionate about developing people. Before joining Krauthammer, he completed a Masters in International Relations and Foreign Trade and an MBA in Spain. While doing his MBA, he worked as a Foreign Trade Advisor in Prague at Spain’s Economic and Commercial Office, and as a consultant for the HR consultancy companies, Hudson and Korn/Ferry in Madrid.

This international experience has given Alejandro a strong background and the essential knowledge needed for effectively dealing with, or working within multicultural and diverse environments. An empathetic and constructive partner with a refreshing approach, Alejandro’s main goal is to help individuals uncover their untapped talents and realize their full potential.

He says that his most successful projects have been those which have surpassed both his and the client’s expectations by bringing out the best in them.
