As trainer and consultant at Krauthammer Partners Hungary, Anikó delivers behavior change training and supports clients in building engaging, inclusive organizations and developing human experiences at work. She focuses on leadership and talent development, remote management & collaboration, as well as personality and competency assessments.

Anikó is driven by facilitating personal development and understanding among people, and she leverages her strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships. Formerly, as regional diversity leader at a global corporation, Anikó built new strategies and frameworks and successfully engaged stakeholders to advance diversity & inclusion to the next level in different regions, including Central-Eastern Europe, Latin America and Middle-East & Africa.
