About

Arzu is a true professional whose excellent communication skills, insight and creativity, enable her to meet diverse client needs and push for outstanding results. Her multinational and multilingual background, combined with her enthusiasm and positive thinking has shaped her into an open-minded, pleasant individual. Previously a retail professional and shop owner, she gained a thorough understanding of the needs, behaviours and habits of stakeholders and she is very familiar with business environment challenges.

Having lived in many different cities and countries, helped Arzu acquire her international mind-set. It enables her to easily understand the different cultural aspects in today’s global corporate climate.  Assertive, goal-oriented and resourceful, one of Arzu’s most exciting projects has been building up her own women’s blouse label. This involved intense multicultural negotiations, dealing with uncertainties and managing complexity. Before joining Krauthammer, she sold an online shop to a company, who then hired her for its implementation.
