A trainer with a strong background in change & transformation consulting, Benjamin has a practical and structured approach to solving problems and engaging participants in his trainings. Supporting clients to build internal capacity and stimulate business transformation, he challenges individuals and companies to expand their perspectives and enter new territory that will lead them to more efficiency and success in their business operations.

Benjamin’s passion lies in supporting the growth and prosperity of individuals, teams and organisations with a co-creative work approach. Using his expertise in behaviour change, strategy roll out, reorganisation, business development & portfolio management, he has set up and accompanied a broad range of transformation projects in industries ranging from telecommunications and engingeering to chemicals and gas.

One of his most successful projects was implementing a PMI-programme after a 5-company merger for a major industrial client.
