About

Dimitris is an experienced and a certified trainer and coach. He has more than 15 years of corporate experience in financial organizations and also being a Learning manager in several multinational companies. He leverages his corporate experience helping individuals by bringing theory into action by adjusting techniques and tools into real-life situations. He designs results-oriented development schemes for companies with respect to their ROI expectations and he holds important experience on Training Needs Analysis and Talent Management & Performance Appraisal systems.

Dimitris is an expert coach on Innovation Leadership as he believes that organizations’ excellence, progress and success springs on their people talent and collective accountability. Also an expert on innovation tools and collective intelligence techniques such as Service Design and Design Thinking. He is also a team dynamics coach for spin-offs, start-ups and Project teams, exploring each member potential to bring out talents and outstanding performance by upscaling the team performance, also practicing systemic coaching and constellation methodology.
