Ecio had worked as a C-Level executive in different industries and with different roles before becoming a professional trainer and consultant. 

His background, along with a profound interest in people and businesses improvement processes, gives him the ability to grasp opportunities and devise innovative ideas and solutions regarding many business challenges. 

Ecio is driven by the pursuit of excellence through people improvement; critical analysis, creative ideation and successful implementation. Those are strengths often remembered by peers and clients.
