About

An engaging and highly skilled assessment specialist with a true passion for HR, Eric seeks to harness the power of talent and tap into people’s hidden potential to help them create value for their organizations.

Working with major French companies and through his involvement with the Global HR Council, he has accumulated vast experience.

With his in-depth knowledge, Eric designs objective assessment processes and assesses participants in recruitment contexts, coaching and using commercialised psychometric tools. One of the highlights of his career was the creation of a sales talent audit for 700 collaborators in 20 European countries.

People and results-oriented, he applies his skills and experience to identifying individual blind spots and stretching professional strengths and capabilities. His supportive but challenging style and goal-driven approach helps individuals gain absolute clarity about their objectives, priorities and strategy to better enable them to manage the challenges that face them.
