Frank has over 20 years training & management experience in the Healthcare Industry. Therefor he became an expert in Pharma Sales and Commercialization Training. With a successful leadership career and a global Learning & Development Management role in two companies he has broad experience in Learning Management & People Development.

Frank's business partners appreciate his capability to create solutions fast and efficient by listening very well and translating their observations into needs and solutions.

As he is located in Munich and has a technical background, he also focuses on Automotive and IT clients to activate the teams & leaders to their full potential. Frank combines an energetic training style with an ability to listen and identify his clients' needs to deliver solutions that really create the desired impact.

He loves to work internationally and has worked with teams in over 40 countries. The cultural diversity is an inspiring and important aspect of todays business environments. With his Master of Science in international management he is an expert in intercultural team development.
