More than 25 years of experience in leadership, management, and sales at Krauthammer. Due to his involvement as a Coach in professional sport, Fred is very result-oriented, supportive, and confrontational. Working with many companies enables a broad knowledge of different sectors.

His ability lies in the development of a corporate culture with implementation to all level of management and to train and coach the involved parties. For example: negotiation skills for the purpose of a sector approach…strategic selling for the key account team…change of mindset with district managers…branch managers of expanding the ambassador function as a leader.
