About

Jan is a Krauthammer partner with almost 30 years’ experience whose main responsibilities have been selling and implementing Krauthammer’s programmes. In his role as manager, he’s been accountable for the teams in the UK, Sweden, Belgium and the Netherlands, and is currently responsible for Krauthammer’s teams in China, India and the USA. With a natural ability to build relationships and make connections quickly, Jan is able to create and deliver programmes one-on-one or for large groups of 2000+. 

A true internationalist, Jan has the valuable insight and flexibility needed for working in a global environment. His strong conviction that everyone has the right to develop themselves makes him an effective trainer, while his trademark of positive, constructive confrontation enables him to adapt to every level in an organisation. His management experience, both inside and outside Krauthammer, and his facilitation excellence make him an asset in the boardroom.
