Supporting clients to build internal capacity and stimulate business transformation, he challenges individuals and companies to expand their perspectives and enter new territories that will enable them to be more efficient and successful in their business operations.

Jean-Marc’s passion lies in supporting the growth of individuals, teams and organisations with a co-creative work approach. Using his expertise in behaviour change, organisational transformation, project management and business development, he has set up and accompanied a broad range of projects in industries ranging from IT, telco, chemicals, automotive to banking.

One of his most successful projects was designing and implementing the structural and cultural transformation of a global sales force to embrace digitalisation and state-of-the-art approaches to manage challenges in complex and regulated sales environment.
