About

Kieran is a competent professional with extensive leadership, public speaking, training and sales experience. Over the years, he has trained and coached hundreds of leaders. He held a senior leadership position in a non-profit organisation, where he trained and helped to develop over 1,800 people.

Furthermore, Kieran is an intrepid sales person who has also managed the operations of a semiconductor and research equipment distribution company in Singapore.

Passionate about bringing out the best in people and drawing on his vast experience in multicultural environments, Kieran specialises in leadership and management trainings, cross-cultural communication, mentoring and coaching. An inspiring, reliable and sincere individual he guides clients to identify and connect with their core values and inner drivers, explore possibilities, overcome perceived challenges, and discover their own unique leadership strengths.
