Léon’s aim is to unleash this potential, including unused talents and most importantly, a person’s individual strengths. His deep understanding of how companies operate stems from his solid business engineering background.

Léon’s personal mix of hard and soft skills is always highly regarded by clients. Léon enjoys the process that leads to delivering the most suitable individual or cultural programme to a client. He thrives on breaking a business issue down into acts and behaviours for the directors, managers, teams and/or individuals.
