Before joining Krauthammer, Maaike held various management positions within the world’s leading hotel companies. In this international and highly customer-service environment, Maaike gained extensive intercultural leadership experience. This shaped her to be extremely openminded and sensitive to cultural differences and individual behaviors.

 

Maaike is committed to help individuals and teams to realize their full potential through behavioral change and is focused on management, communication and sales excellence programs for middle management and young professionals.
