A highly-qualified International Change & Talent Management specialist, Magali has years of experience working with organisations and individuals facing complex challenges.

Partnering with clients undergoing any context of change (growth, transformation, restructuring.), she supports leaders, teams and companies to successfully navigate through change processes to achieve positive results. Before Krauthammer, Magali worked internationally as a management consultant, an HR Advisor to a government agency subsidiary and as a journalist and Associate Chief Editor of a magazine.

She is also an adjunct professor at Sciences Po Toulouse. With an exceptional ability to empathise with people from all nationalities and walks of life, Magali has a special kind of ‘emotional intelligence’ that makes it easy for her move seamlessly between cultures, functions, and levels, to help people work more smoothly and effectively with one another.

At Krauthammer, she designs and delivers customised workshops and trainings and specializes in leading international projects, facilitating cross-cultural sessions, and working with top level executives.
