Marcelo’s approach integrates his successful career in new business development, sales management and marketing, 12+ years in facilitation at Fundação Dom Cabral (Brazil’s top business school) and strong competence in people development. Firmly believing that engagement at all levels is a foundation for guaranteeing results, he has an impressive track record of contributing to positive, long-lasting changes in a number of internationally renowned companies operating in different sectors worldwide.

With great passion, Marcelo focuses on helping executives and managers to gain a stronger sense of self and purpose, lead more effectively and improve their ability to build high performing teams. Most recently, he successfully co-designed and delivered a Krauthammer Team Development programme for the CEO and top managers of a global oil and gas company.
