About

Milan Balun, has been working for 12 years in development as a consultant, coach and trainer mainly in the areas of sales, leadership, managerial skills, presentation skills and time management. During his practice, he worked in various managerial positions, as Sales Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia at Tutor, and was a regional manager at MAFRA for the Czech Republic. He also has his own private business experience, is the author of the idea and the owner of the application in the field of self - coaching.

Milan has completed Specific Coaching Training at Masaryk Institute of Advanced Studies and Initial Formation Krauthammer University in Belgium. In 2014-2019 he attended and successfully completed a comprehensive educational program called Training and Education in Prevention and Therapy of Psychotrauma. He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, specializing in psychology and management sociology.

 Milan has led training and consulting projects for a number of companies, including the definition of an international sales skills development strategy at ŠKODA AUTO. He has been training for CEZ, Aero Vodochody, Centropol, Czech Radio, NCR, Schneider Electric, AutoBinck (BMW, Volvo), MONETA Money Bank, etc.
