About

Richard has 25+ years’ experience in management and business development. During his executive career, he held several senior leadership positions in large, international organisations that gave him extensive knowledge and insight into today’s business challenges.

Richard leads Krauthammer’s activities in the Czech Republic and manages the 5 offices, 60+ training consultants and back office staff. He’s also responsible for business development in the region.

Richard is an expert in selling and delivering leadership, management and sales trainings, as well as coaching and consulting projects, on both a local and international level. His ability to easily relate to people and transform goals into action sets him apart.

He focuses on the human side of the large, challenging changes that arise from a new leadership culture, competitive mergers or the implementation of new company values. With his flexible, results-oriented approach and strategic perspective, he helps to turn the barriers into breakthroughs.
