Robert is an energetic, practical and pragmatic individual committed to growing individuals to their highest potential. His effectiveness as a trainer calls upon the unique blend of people and technical skills he acquired during his 12 years of business, sales and senior management experience in Latin America and the U.S. prior to joining Krauthammer.

Robert’s focus has been leadership and sales development especially in a multi-cultural environment. He has helped senior executives manage challenges by translating strategy into pragmatic learning, and developing cultures of entrepreneurial leadership with teams in organisations of all shapes, sizes and cultures.
