About

Originally from the south of The Netherlands, now living in Budapest, Roger combines his enthusiasm for personal development with his coaching & training background. His mission is to empower authentic communication in business and personal life to unlock the full potential of people and organisations.​

That is why he specialises in communication skills training, leadership mindset development and personal & team coaching.​

The purpose of Roger’s training & coaching sessions is to support people in moving from where they are now to where they want to go, reaching new levels of awareness and effectiveness in all areas of business and life. ​

The special attention of Roger goes out to developing talents and with his usage of a unique talent scan, he quickly provides insight into the degree someone utilises their natural talents.  ​

Roger is an experienced business trainer and coach with a managerial background. He has made his steps as a process & change consultant, international project manager and team manager in the energy/IT industry, before crossing over to the people development part of his career.
