Before Krauthammer, Shaun acquired more than 15 years’ experience working in the IT, service, training and consulting industries. With a perfect blend of experience from being a sales manager and regional director, he is an effective Krauthammer consultant who delivers high quality trainings and consulting projects.

Shaun’s main aim is to help his clients improve selling skills, management skills and leadership awareness. With his passion for people and logical approach, Shaun is extremely good at designing trainings that focus on changing people’s behaviours.

One of his most successful projects was helping a large manufacturing company to improve the skills and achieve behaviour change in more than 100 middle level managers. The project started with interviews and a kick-off meeting, followed by 6 different interactive workshops and ended with the company’s own learning project. Highly appreciated by the senior management team, the training achieved positive change in the organisation.
