Recently, he managed the co-design and global roll-out of two ‘People Excellence Leadership’ programmes, followed by commercial excellence sales trainings for a major specialty Chemical manufacturer. The high intensity programmes, delivered in more than 15 languages blended very client specific content. The organisation has since achieved its ambitious goals, created customer value and generated a 16% ROS for its stakeholders.
