About Motoaki Goto

Before joining Krauthammer, Motoaki held a senior leadership position in an international management service company where he was responsible for developing and managing joint venture projects in China. Prior to this, he worked for almost 10 years as a sales manager for a retail sales distribution company in Asia Pacific, as well as the UK and USA. His hands-on leadership experience and knowledge of the challenges encountered in multicultural environments, enables Motoaki to quickly create rapport and establish a strong relationship of trust with his clients. With his excellent understanding of today’s business demands and organizational dynamics, Motoaki has specialised in coaching senior managers in strategic planning and facilitates behaviour change that significantly improves leader performance. An empathetic individual recognised for his commitment and excellent interpersonal skills, Motoaki’s aim is to enable people to harness their full potential and create a shared ownership for their organisations.
