Classroom training

Class room training

Essential time to practice and learn through role and real plays

Our classroom training sessions take participants away from everyday distractions and provide them with a safe, stimulating place to practice and interact with our training consultant and their peers.

When to use

  • To provide vital face-to-face time and to add a lot of 'human touch' to learning and practicing.
  • To create a quiet, safe place where positive confrontational feedback is essential for behaviour change.
  • To offer enhanced learning through group interaction, where participants learn from one another, as well as from our training consultant.

  • It is the most effective form of learning.
  • Each participant receives personalised guidance.
  • Creates identification with the learning, making other digital, learning components often more effective.
