361° behavioural snapshot

Krauthammer’s 361° feedback provides a snapshot of behavioural strong points and the areas needing improvement. An online questionnaire is sent to 6 evaluators and results in a behavioural profile.

When to use

  • Ideally at the start of a management or sales training, to give a participant a clear view on the impact of their behaviours.
  • To get the stakeholders around the participant involved in the learning journey.


  • Peers become allies in the change process because the feedback the participant receives is not anonymous.
